We have the OXO potty which we love and these liners are a perfect fit for it. They cost more than carrier bags but I’ve tried both and these are much easier to use.

Yes, it’s cheaper to use normal plastic bags for your OXO potty, but trust me, these refill bags will save you from all the horrible leaking accidents that are caused by holes in normal plastic bags! I learnt that the hard way. These bags come with very absorbent pads at the bottom, and the material is durable enough to not break easily. Will definitely repurchase these.
